William (Bill) Bishop is the managing partners of Bishop, Del Vecchio & Beeks, P.C. Mr. Bishop has been a certified specialist in family law in Arizona since 2001 and is a current and active Fellow of the Arizona chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Bishop has received consistent and numerous honors as a top preeminent family law attorney in Arizona through the years, the most recent of which are listed below. Mr. Bishop often presents continuing legal education programs for the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association and other organizations and has authored articles regarding complex property issues regarding separate property businesses and business community liens, community liens regarding separate property real estate interests, complex reimbursement and equity issues, and various other complex property issues.
Mr. Bishop has been the co-chair of the State Bar Convention (Family Law Section) program the last several years and participates on several committees as a member of the Family Law Section Executive Council. Mr. Bishop has been very involved with AAML programs through the Arizona Chapter including AAML CLE presentations, AAML trial colleges and AAML community organization programs. Mr. Bishop completed the mediation program at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and has successfully provided mediation services for numerous attorneys and their clients through the years.
In his free time Mr. Bishop enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, waterskiing, sailing, scuba diving, traveling and other adventures.
