Jeff’s practice encompasses all aspects of divorce litigation, with special emphasis on:

In 2020, Jeff completed a 10-year appointment to the Attorney Discipline Probable Cause Committee. Viewed by Jeff as the most consequential professional contribution of his career, the Committee scrutinizes State Bar charges of unethical or unprofessional conduct against lawyers in order to protect the public and address the needs of lawyers who may not meet the State Bar’s standards.
Jeff is a frequent presenter in advanced continuing education for lawyers, paralegals and CPAs related to multiple disciplines, including family law, trial tactics, expert witness examinations, probate, trusts and estates and accounting.
