Erin K. Fox is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in family law and is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Erin is the current chair of the Family Law Section of the Pima County Bar Association. Erin has been honored by Best Lawyers in America for Family Law since 2021, and she was named by Best Lawyers as the Family Law Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
Erin regularly serves Pima County Superior Court as a judge pro tempore, a court appointed advisor, and as a parenting coordinator. She has been recognized by the Arizona Bar Foundation for Legal Services and Education for her volunteer work multiple times. Erin was recognized as one of the “40 Under 40” by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
